I’m Jody Allen—an author, speaker, and women’s ministry leader passionate about walking alongside women in the middle of life’s hardest battles. My book, Hidden Heartache, shares my own journey through a deeply personal struggle, and it was written to remind you that you don’t have to face pain alone. Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, betrayal, or hidden struggles in your marriage, I offer encouragement, practical resources, and a reminder that God can bring hope and healing even from the darkest places.

Through my writing and speaking, I love combining honesty and humor to help women feel seen, understood, and encouraged. I believe that when we share our stories, God uses them to break down shame and build up faith. My heart is to walk with you toward healing, freedom, and a deeper confidence in who God has created you to be. Together, we can take steps toward freedom.
